Garlic
(Allium sativum) is one of cheapest ways to elevate the  flavor and enhance the smell of a dish, because it it’s odor- masking properties, especially in meat-based dishes.  Besides being a culinary darling, garlic also boasts as being one of the most nutrient  dense foods.
